2. Select your home site and house plans. Make an appointment with us to review your home site and then we'll start talking about home plans design.
3. Start deciding on your changes that you want to make to your design and upgrades you would like to see. Make changes that you think are necessary to fit your lifestyle. As that gets completed then we can complete our pricing.
4. Personalizing your home is about your lifestyle and living habits, or rooms you most and the comforts you need to enjoy that space. Select the types of finishing and upgrades that best fit your lifestyle.
5. Financing time, by now you've spoken to a lender and have an idea about how much money you qualify for. Next, they will need your plans, specs and our contract.
6. Construction gets underway, we are responsible for obtaining the building permit and once we receive that we are ready to begin. Well and septic permits are worked out on an individual bases, whereas usually the homeowner obtains the permit for the building site. We will give you updates as your home progresses and set up regular meetings to discuss construction progress.
7. Your new Barna Log Home is ready. After final inspections are completed you will receive your certificate of occupancy and you are ready to start enjoying your new home. Your home may be finished, but our doors are still open. We want to help you any way we can to keep you satisfied and your new home that special place for you.
